Cancellation and refund:

If a registered participant is unable to attend an event for any reason, the registration may be transferred to someone else from the same organization, subject to the organizer’s approval.
For any cancellation received until 15 April 2026, an administrative fee equal to 10 percent of your registration fee will be charged.
For any cancellation received after 15 April 2026h, no refund will be made.
All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant.

Refunds will be handled after the Meeting
